Retour au souffle Symposium at the Citadelle of Québec

Their Excellencies the Right Honourable Michaëlle Jean and Jean-Daniel Lafond welcomed the participants to the Symposium entitled Retour au souffle at the Residence of the Governor General at the Citadelle of Québec.
