A torteau charged with a triangle point downwards composed of an interlaced pattern Or, ensigned by the Royal Crown proper and environed by a wreath of maple leaves, overall in base a scroll Or inscribed with the Motto in letters Sable;

Symbolism

The triangular figure and its interlaced pattern indicate the concept of complex manœuvres. The red alludes to the Canadian Army.

This Latin phrase, the literal meaning of which is “To adapt the theories to the war”, refers to the unit’s mandate of “Teaching the arts of war.”
