Blazon

Argent a cross Azure between in 2nd and 3rd a rose Gules barbed, seeded, slipped and leaved proper, overall a billet Azure voided throughout of a cross charged with a plane tree proper;

Symbolism

The central cross and square represent Gordon Square in Bloomsbury, London, England, where Ms. Watt grew up. The plane tree evokes the trees in Gordon Square. The roses represent England, her country of birth, as well as alluding to the University of London, whose arms contain a rose, and of which her father, Sir Douglas Logan, was Principal.
