The Governor General granted Royal Assent by written declaration for Bill C-9:  An Act to amend the Income Tax Act (Canada Emergency Rent Subsidy and Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy).

The small ceremony took place at Rideau Hall while respecting social distancing norms.
