Despite his young age, Leo Xu is already a dedicated and active community volunteer with the Markham Jazz Festival, the Markham Museum and the Stiver Mill Farmers Market. He has demonstrated exemplary leadership skills as an executive member of the Federation of Canadian Secondary Students as well as an active participant of the RCMP National Youth Advisory Committee.
