For more than 40 years, Régina Vanier has worked to improve the social conditions of the vulnerable in society. She taught knitting and sewing skills to individuals with special needs through Les Cercles de Fermières, and provided community outreach to women in rural Quebec through l’Association féminine d’éducation et d’action sociale.
