For over five years, Barb Allen has served with Goderich's Communities in Bloom (CiB) program as a volunteer coordinator, a program coordinator and, currently, as its chair. By building relationships with volunteers, businesses and various service clubs, she has generated local participation in the program and has helped it excel in the community involvement and community achievement categories at the national level.
