For over 19 years, Carole Valiquette has been the volunteer choir director for the École élémentaire catholique Reine-des-Bois and has taken part in numerous events for the school and community. Through the choir, she is nurturing an appreciation for music within the school. In addition, she is fostering creativity and self confidence, demonstrating the importance of listening in class and of team work, and helping hundreds of students to develop their social skills.
