Over the past 18 years, Ernest Verret has donated his time to the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program, preparing income tax and benefit returns for individuals who have a modest income. With his help, they are able to obtain the deductions and credits to which they are entitled. Last year, he prepared numerous returns at the Patro de Charlesbourg community centre.
