Margot Tubman is the volunteer coordinator with Special Olympics British Columbia in Victoria, where she facilitates stability in the chapter's ranks by engaging with both the athletes and volunteers, and stepping in wherever she is needed. She constantly sets out to create a supportive community by recruiting and training the best volunteers so as to befit the organization's athlete-centred mission.
