For more than 30 years, Lisa Allen has been a member of the Navy League of Canada as a cadet, a mentor and ultimately, an administrator. Serving in various roles, including as commanding officer and national vice-president, she has inspired many and fostered a sense of citizenship and community among hundreds of young men and women.
