Governor General's Caring Canadian Award

Tim Trousdell has been an active and influential volunteer in his community for more than fifteen years. He was a member of the board of directors of the Cowichan Valley Volunteer Society and was also instrumental in forming the Cowichan Seniors Advisory Society. Under his guidance as president, the Society created a wide range of seniors' programs. Mr. Trousdell is currently a member of the St. Ann's Garden Advisory Committee and the Family Caregivers Support - Community Resources Committee.
