Laura Frigon is very active in the Maillardville community, Coquitlam's francophone community -- the oldest in British Columbia. She belongs to many francophone groups and organizations and performs countless hours of volunteer work. She also helps out at Foyer Maillard, a retirement home, where she provides entertainment for the residents, never expecting anything in return.
