Governor General's Caring Canadian Award

Robert Wilkins finds time, despite his full-fledged career as a law researcher, to give to his community. Mr. Wilkins served on the Board of Directors of the Newman Association of Montréal for 20 years, five of which as president. Since 1995, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the English Speaking Catholic Council. Mr. Wilkins has also served his parish for many years as a lector and participant in Bible Study groups, days of reflection and social events. He is also the current president of the United Empire Loyalists' Montréal chapter. Mr. Wilkins has always been willing to lend a hand to anyone who needed support.
