Mr. Paul Waters, Burlington: Paul Waters is a long-standing volunteer and the founder of the "To be a Patriot Program" through the Knights of Columbus. This program gives thousands of students the opportunity to recognize and show appreciation to veterans by sending them letters. Mr. Waters' passion for Canada led to the estabishment of this project which has fostered strong bonds between students and veterans.
