Réal Turgeon successfully generated public support that led to the construction of the Centre médical de La Nouvelle-Beauce. The centre is currently managed by a non-profit organization, of which he is president. Through his determination and volunteer activities that extend beyond his official duties, Mr. Turgeon has established an open relationship with doctors and government authorities so that key players can lend their support to a project that will improve the delivery of health care services. He has been an extraordinary facilitator who has secured the commitment and contributions of numerous other volunteers.
