    Richard Osmond has been guiding and mentoring young members of the Royal Canadian Sea Cadet Corps 288 Ardent for 15 years. As the corps’ parade warrant officer, he has helped participants build confidence and self-sufficiency by teaching them essential skills in teamwork, problem-solving and communication.
