James Williams has been volunteering with Scouts Canada for more than 30 years, serving as a parent volunteer, Scout leader and founder of the 1st Emergency Scouts group. He has also been a first aid instructor with the Canadian Red Cross since 1995, and recently became a board member of the College of Paramedics of Nova Scotia.
