In his four decades with the Royal Canadian Legion, Allan Wickens has served as his branch’s sergeant-at-arms, chair of the Remembrance Day Committee, organizer of the two annual Remembrance Day services, and cadet liaison. He was also a leader with his local Scout group for 38 years, educating youth on safe and sustainable outdoor recreation.
