As a volunteer with the Canadian Executive Service Organization, Roger Wheelock focuses on sustainable tourism initiatives, particularly those that create opportunities for women and young people. During his more than 15 assignments in such locations as Guyana, Colombia, Jamaica and Inuvik, he has provided the mentorship and guidance necessary to increase revenue in tourism, build employment competencies and create alternative livelihoods for locals.
