Pierre Marcouiller has been volunteering with the Hochelaga Community Center for half a century, organizing fundraising initiatives and social events for underprivileged citizens in this region. He began volunteering with the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program in 2000, filing almost 1 000 claims a year for residents of the community.
