From the time he started volunteering with the Christian Service Brigade, Jim Adams has been a devoted volunteer to Canadian youth for over 60 years. As a leader with Scouts Canada since 1997, Scouter Baloo has delivered an engaging program that teaches practical life skills and fosters respect for the natural world, all while promoting scouting at local community events.
