From his early beginnings as a member of the prestigious Vienna Boys Choir, to his current role as Symphony Nova Scotia's Conductor Laureate, he has devoted his life to music. During his tenure with the Symphony, he did much to revitalize musical interest throughout the province, and has set a touchstone for excellence. He has been generous with his talent, sharing his experience and expertise, nurturing and encouraging young performers across Canada. He is known throughout his adopted country as a world-class Canadian musician and lecturer.
