President of the Canadian Chemical Producers' Association of Canada, he created a unique world-wide program that matches the concerns of chemical producers with those of the citizens of our communities, in order to protect the environment that we all share. Nearly forty other countries now participate in the initiatives of the Responsible Care(R)program, which is guiding the transition of the chemical industry towards sustainable development.
