Formerly Vice-President of the New Brunswick Alcoholism and Drug Dependency Commission, as well as an esteemed health educator from the University of New Brunswick, she has contributed greatly to healthier lives for the people of the province. She developed a comprehensive course program for health educators, gives seminars and workshops on a number of important issues, and is involved in many voluntary health initiatives, such as anti-smoking campaigns and first aid programs.
