Throughout his career, during which he has served in positions as varied as General Manager of the New Brunswick Electric Power Commission, Director of the New Brunswick Forest Resources Study, Chairman of the Board of Governors of the University of New Brunswick and Chairman of Fredericton Recycling, this engineer and former public servant has been devoted to the development of both the social and economic resources of his province.
