Chairman of the Board of Rousseau Sauvé Warren Inc., He is one of the great specialists in the harnessing, high voltage transmission and distribution of hydro-electric power. Because of his expertise, this engineer has been involved in major hydro-electric developments in Canada and abroad and has attained international renown. He is also known for his involvement as a volunteer in many organizations, mainly in his native region of Charlevoix. In addition, he has established a permanent scholarship at the École Polytechnique de Montréal.
