Considered a legend in Montreal's Jewish community, Boris Levine has given of himself for decades. Committed to his profession, he was elected president of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Quebec. His long service with the Allied Jewish Community Services of Montreal (now Federation CJA) culminated in the role of president. He has also been active with many other organizations, including the Canadian Jewish Congress (Quebec region) and Centraide. Designated "Man of the Year" in 2001 by his city's Jewish Community Foundation, he is known as a mentor who has inspired many young people to serve others.
