An architect of German origin, with offices in Saint John and Montreal, he has supplemented his work in housing design - for which his firm has received a number of prizes - with involvement in community and provincial affairs. From volunteer fireman and school trustee he has advanced to work with the New Brunswick Museum and youth orchestras on the provincial and national levels.
