    Former Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, the first woman to occupy this high office. She is now Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the National Arts Centre, to which she lends all the grace, warmth and efficiency which she brought to her previous post and the many voluntary organizations she has served over the years. (This is a promotion within the Order).
