Prince Edward Island has greatly benefitted from the talents of Adele Townshend. A teacher of English and theatre arts, and a member of provincial curriculum committees, she is best known as the author and producer of one act plays which have won national awards. She is now a contributor to periodicals and a forthcoming history of Souris.
