For more than 30 years, Beverley Wybrow has demonstrated a singular devotion to the welfare of women. She was instrumental in establishing the Assaulted Women's Helpline, the first telephone crisis service of its kind in Ontario. Since 1991, she has led the work of the Canadian Women's Foundation, developing programs that stop violence, end poverty and empower girls. Her inspirational and innovative leadership has helped many women and their families build brighter futures for themselves.
