For decades, Frank Fagan has championed the less fortunate in his community. As an influential volunteer and philanthropist in Newfoundland and Labrador, he has supported many initiatives in health care and the arts. He has also been instrumental in the movement to integrate mentally challenged individuals into the workplace and society at large, by promoting skills and training programs that provide them with the opportunity for regular employment in the workplace.
