From July 2018 to July 2019, Chief Warrant Officer Tofts was deployed to the Sinai Peninsula in Egypt as the Multinational Force and Observers sergeant-major in support of Canada’s commitment to peacekeeping. As a key advisor to the commander, he created several initiatives, which enabled the mission to maintain an exceptional operational capability. Moreover, his dedication inspired excellence among numerous foreign militaries and his ability enabled an unparalleled cohesion. Chief Warrant Officer Tofts’ leadership and dedication reflected greatly on himself and Canada.
