    Mr. Tracy is a tireless, talented and dedicated advocate of veterans organizations in general and, most particularly, the Air Force. In 1990, he was appointed to the pivotal position of Executive Director of the Royal Canadian Air Force Association (RCAFA) during a period of extreme difficulties that threatened the Association's very survival. Due to Mr. Tracy's outstanding leadership, experience and invaluable guidance, the Association -- currently known as the Air Force Association of Canada -- has successfully been stabilized and revitalized.
