    Julie Toskan-Casale is a founding member of MAC Cosmetics Ltd. and has shared her success by establishing the grassroots Youth Philanthropy Initiative (YPI), a school program that empowers youth to address social issues in their communities. Students visit charities and non-profit organizations and present their findings to their classmates, who then collectively decide which charity should receive a grant from YPI. Through YPI, Ms. Toskan-Casale’s vision continues to have a positive impact on student-selected programs across Canada.
