Blazon

A pomme charged with a maple leaf Argent bearing a cross couped Gules, all within the Badge Frame for Schools and Training Centres;

Symbolism

The white maple leaf with a red cross was the badge of the Militia Army Medical Staff Service from 1899. Green is a colour found in the badges of the Medical Services School and the Dental Services School, of which the Canadian Forces Health Services Training Centre is the successor.
