Badge of Carl GagnonBlazonA hurt ensigned by a naval crown Azure; SymbolismThe blue crowned disc represents a blueberry (bleuet in French), indicating Mr. Gagnon’s origins in the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region of Quebec, whose inhabitants are known as Bleuets. The colour blue also alludes to Mr. Gagnon’s naval career.
