Azure on a chevron between in chief two cutlasses in saltire and issuant from the base the Cabot Tower on rocks Or, a Western red lily proper;

Symbolism

The chevron is found in arms of other Flemings. Its bow wave shape and the blue represent Mr. Fleming’s career in the Royal Canadian Navy. The Cabot Tower on its rock, located in St. John’s, symbolizes Newfoundland, where Mr. Fleming was born and raised. The Western red lily is the provincial flower of Saskatchewan, where Mr. Fleming resides. The cutlasses represent his service as a member of a Naval Boarding team.
