Badge of the West Vancouver Police DepartmentBlazonThe shield of the Arms of the Corporation of the District of West Vancouver (Argent a chevron between three martlets in chief Azure and in base upon water barry wavy Azure and Argent a lymphad in full sail Azure all save the pennons garnished Or) within an annulus Azure edged and inscribed with the Motto in letters Or, all within a wreath of maple leaves Or issuant from a Pacific dogwood flower proper, the whole ensigned by the Royal Crown proper; SymbolismThe badge follows the style common to Canadian municipal police services.
