Per fess Azure and Or an annulus embattled encircled by fourteen roundels counterchanged;

Symbolism

The colours of Rotary International are blue and gold. The central annulus alludes to the well-known Rotary Emblem. The fourteen discs, separated into seven gold and seven blue ones, symbolize the number of this international district of 7070.

On a bed of vine leaves Azure, a falcon wings elevated and addorsed Or holding in its beak an acorn slipped and leaved Azure;

Symbolism

The falcon represents an active person who does not rest until goals are achieved, and the ability to see life from a higher perspective. The vines symbolize strong and lasting friendships, full of promise. The acorn alludes to new, strong life.

Symbolism

The moose represents the characteristics of longevity, determination, and integrity. The knot alludes to the ideas of eternity and interconnectedness. The keys are for the opening of doors of opportunities. The two-colour compartment symbolizes the rural and municipal diversity in the district areas involving lands, valleys and watercourses.
