Azure on a chevron between in chief two eagles displayed respectant and in base a Maltese cross Argent three spur-rowels Azure;

Symbolism

The colour blue represents the qualities of truth and loyalty, as well as the sky and water, related to the activities of flying and scuba-diving. To Mr. Ciecwierz the chevron symbolizes faithful service, while the spur-rowells represent him, his wife and his daughter. The eagles allude to the Polish ancestry of his parents. The Maltese cross represents commitment to the work, ideals and service of the Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem and other charitable organizations.
