In the lead-up to National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, Rideau Hall will hold a special Doors Open weekend that will include reconciliation-oriented interactive activities, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

While at Rideau Hall, visitors will have the chance to learn about Indigenous cultures, stories and traditions by viewing Indigenous artwork throughout the residence. Interactive art activities will also be offered, focused on learning and healing through art. These include:
