As dictated by the Accessible Canada Act, we have established a process for receiving and dealing with feedback regarding the implementation of the accessibility plan and barriers experienced by all individuals interacting with our office in one manner or another.

Individuals may submit their feedback by completing an online form on our website, or by mail, email or telephone using the information outlined below under ‘Contact Information’. Anonymous feedback is welcome; however, acknowledgement of receipt can only be provided for feedback in which contact information is provided.
