Governor General to take part in conversation marking International Women’s Day

OTTAWA, Ontario—Her Excellency the Right Honourable Mary Simon, Governor General of Canada, will participate in a fireside conversation at Elevate International’s annual event in celebration of International Women’s Day. Under the theme Elevate Women – March Forward, the discussion will highlight the transformative power of women’s leadership and the critical role of legacy.
