You play a crucial role in enhancing Canada's positive influence on the global stage.

As architects of peace, you promote human rights and gender equality around the world. You foster relationships that advance international peacekeeping and conflict resolution.

You create innovative opportunities for collaboration with governments and experts from all around the world to accelerate climate action and innovation. You secure major trade agreements, opening new markets for Canadian businesses and fostering sustainable economic growth.

Your work demands sacrifice. As governor general, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to each of you for everything you do for our country.
