Through L’Amicale des personnes handicapées physiques de l’Outaouais, Louis St-Cyr has provided the organization with the knowledge and resources necessary to accomplish extraordinary projects within the community. He also participated in several humanitarian trips with the Centre amitié de solidarité internationale de la région des Appalaches (CASIRA) and currently promotes cultural exchanges between Cantley and its twinned town of Ornans, France.
