Robert Waisman

A survivor of the Holocaust, Robert Waisman dedicates his time to educating others on how hate, racism and indifference can harm our society. As a co-founder of the Vancouver Holocaust Education Centre, he has spoken with youth and community groups throughout Canada and the United States to remind us that the lessons of the Holocaust continue to be relevant today. He has also served as a mentor to survivors of the Rwandan genocide and as an honorary witness for the Truth and Reconciliation Commission.
