Christian Gagnon has been a 'godfather' to a person with intellectual disabilities for 23 years through Parrainage civique les marronniers (PCM). Using his business acumen, he mentored his 'buddy' to succeed in his sales job, and facilitated the launch of PCM's Bistro Jarry Deuxième, which trains young, intellectually challenged adults to work in a restaurant.
