Cliff Walker has volunteered his time to preserving military heritage and aiding Indigenous youth in Saskatchewan for more than 30 years,. He served on the executive board that researched 10 000 names for the Saskatchewan War Memorial, and is a co-founder of the Bold Eagle Program, one of the most successful Indigenous youth programs in Canada.
